Terrible experience! Stay away!

They didn’t have my booking even though I booked online. Check in took forever as a result On checkout they didn’t have it still so I was held until they could reach Hotels.com by phone to confirm that I actually paid when I booked. Seriously? That’s not the Hotels.com I’m used to.

Hidden gem of a hotel

Very nice hotel, clean and cozy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had a very good decor... well done. Would return.

Do not stay here!

Power keeps going out. You have to wait for generator to come on. Mosquitoes in the room. Didn’t clean my room the following day. I asked for towels and the housekeeper stick his foot in the door so I can’t close it. Says you can’t have 3 towels in the room. Had you placed the clean towels I wouldn’t have to ask. How rude! Never had that happened where the guy prevents me from shutting my door. I mean wait outside stupid! I kept getting bites in the bed and so did my girl. Also they didn’t clean the plates from the previous night. What’s happening? Where is the service?
