Conforme aux attentes et vraiment magnifique

C'était notre deuxiÚme séjour dans ce logement. Tout était conforme à nos attentes. Tout s'est déroulé sans complication et nous en avons beaucoup profité. Nous avons particuliÚrement apprécié le calme et la vue magnifique. Et la piscine.

Superb vacation

The house looks like taken away from Hollywood, with its (very) large terrace, splendid views and (not heated) pool. Everything you need to pass a great time off was present. The property manager was very friendly and helpful (we had a bike issue and they took care of it without any problem). Very well located to do day trips to the beautiful villages and landmarks of the ArdĂšche and Gard (Pont d’Arc, NĂźmes, La Bambouseraie en CĂ©vennes,
) If there is one ‘negative’ thing to say about the house it is that it was basic clean, where we would have expected it be clean all the way (a lot of spiderwebs, dead flies). Nevertheless a wonderful vacation and surely a property we would recommend.

Helle, gut ausgestatte moderne Villa in ruhiger Umgebung

Sehr schönes, modernes, lichtdurchflutetes Haus mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung, ruhig gelegen nahe dem Ende einer Sackgasse in einer kleinen Siedlung. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung, zusĂ€tzlich gibt es eine Klimaanlage mit KĂŒhl-/Heizfunktion im offenen Hauptraum und eine Fussbodenheizung fĂŒr kĂŒhle Tage.Wir haben unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt (2 Personen) im Sept./Okt. 2021 in diesem sehr schönen und komfortablen Haus sehr genossen. Der fantastische Blick ĂŒber das angrenzende Tal machen den Aufenthalt zu einem echten Erlebnis. Das Haus ist zudem sehr zentral gelegen, die Attraktionen der Ardeche (Vallon-Pont-d'Arc 15 Min) sind schnell erreichbar, ein kleiner, aber gut sortierter Supermarkt findet man in Barjac (ca. 10 min). Aber auch der Pont du Gard (ca. 1.25 h ) oder das Meer (Plage Espiguette bei Le Grau-du-Roi, ca. 2 h) sind mit einem Tagesausflug gut erreichbar. Das GelĂ€nde ums Haus herum ist im Interesse des freien Blicks in die Landschaft sehr offen gehalten und es gibt daher nur am frĂŒhen Morgen natĂŒrlichen Schatten, FĂŒr den Rest des Tages sorgen die fest installierten Markisen auf der SĂŒd - und Westseite des Hauses auf der Terasse fĂŒr Schatten. Am Pool gibt es kleine Sonnenschirme. Obwohl sehr sonnig gelegen kĂŒhlt der Pool aufgrund seiner exponierten Lage leider sehr rasch aus. Nach Auskunft der Vermieterin soll das aber in 2022 mit einer Abdeckung + Beheizung verbessert werden. Die frisch geleerte KlĂ€rgrube fĂŒhrte zu einer leichten Geruchsentwicklung in den SchlafrĂ€umen, da wir die In-Suite-Dusche nicht benutzten, haben wir die Abluftöffnung der Dusche abgeklebt und damit war das Problem schnell und einfach gelöst. Restauranttip: Le Picourel an der D579 zwischen Vagnas und Salavas. Wandertip: Le Bois de PaĂŻolive bei Les Vans. Kanu: Auf dem Gardon ab Collias bis hinter den Pont du Gard: nur wenige leichte Stromschnellen, gut geeignet fĂŒr AnfĂ€nger. Ein empfehelnswertes Haus, das einen ruhigen und entspannten Aufenthalt in ruhiger Umgebung bietet. Auf jeden Fall unsere erste Wahl fĂŒr den nĂ€chsten Ardeche-Urlaub.

Une magnifique maison avec un horizon exceptionnel dans un endroit trÚs calme. La maison est bien équipée et une climatisation dans les chambres serait un plus. L'endroit est de toute beauté et la région est riche d'attraits (gorges - grottes - marchés...)

Modernes und geschmackvolles Haus in ruhiger und zentraler Lage

Wer den Alltag vergessen, abschalten und die Seele baumeln lassen möchte, ist in dieser Villa genau am richtigen Ort. Wir haben die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Blick in die Natur von sĂ€mtlichen Terrassen des Hauses aus in vollen ZĂŒgen genossen. Die Villa liegt sehr zentral, so dass viele beliebte und lohnenswerte Ausflugsziele zĂŒgig und problemlos zu erreichen sind (Höhlen, nette mittelalterliche Dörfer, die Einstiegsstelle in die Ardeche am Pont d'Arc...). Wir können dieses Feriendomizil uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfehlen und wĂŒrden auch gerne selbst nochmal wiederkommen.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Das Haus ist sehr geschmacksvoll eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Der Pool war kalt, bei der Hitze jedoch eine echte AbkĂŒhlung. Er hatte selbst fĂŒr 7 Personen eine super GrĂ¶ĂŸe! Nette Vermieter, welche sich sofort um Probleme gekĂŒmmert haben. Störend waren leider nur die MĂŒcken. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage!

Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Sehr gepflegt und sauber, absolut tolle und ruhige Lage. Im Sommer sicher recht warm im Haus, aber dazu hat man ja den tollen Außenpool. Sehr nette Vermieter! Wir wĂŒrden jederzeit mit unseren Hunden wieder kommen!

Gewoon subliem

Een heel prachtige woning. Heel compleet,drie slaapkamers en drie badkamers. Vrij goed uitgeruste keuken. Prachtig zwembad. Overweldigend uitzicht. Wij waren met zes personen,drie generaties. Nieuw deze zomer is een overdekte schaduw aanbouw. Merci Sofie & Bruno

tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Haus an sich ist wirklich toll. Was nervt ist der Geruch aus den Gullis (Sichergrube) und die unertrĂ€gliche Hitze im Wohnzimmer wenn man vom Tagesausflug wieder kommt. TagsĂŒber hatten wir alle TĂŒren und Fenster auf, dann ging es. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat keinen Kleiderschrank. Ansonsten wĂŒrde ich das wohl nochmal buchen. Vermieterin ist nett und hat z.B. eine leere Gasflasche am Grill anstandslos ersetzt, weil wir selber eine neue besorgt hatten. Pool ist sehr schnell sehr schmutzig (GestrĂŒpp und Viecher), da muss man selber Hand anlegen.

TrĂšs belle location

Calme parfait, vue imprenable, trĂšs belle maison dĂ©corĂ©e avec gĂŽut et tres bien Ă©quipĂ©e ; rien Ă  redire. Des propriĂ©taires Ă  votre Ă©coute en cas de petit soucis. Une piscine de belle taille. Attention simplement en raison du vent qui peut parfois ĂȘtre fort il n'y a pas de stores roulants. Du coup Ă  l'heure du dejeuner il y a de l'ombre sous les voiles d'ombrage jusqu'Ă  14h environ. AprĂšs c'est un peu plus compliquĂ©.
