This 5BR home is one of Vail's best vacation rentals! Besides the multiple outdoor spaces and spacious layout, it's located on Vail's most prestigious streets, making it walking distance to Lionshead and Vail Villages. Also steps from the Eagle Bahn Gondola.

It's generous floorpan of over 5,000 sq feet, 5 sleeping areas, a private hot tub, outdoor fire pit, multiple patios, a 2 car garage, 796 Forest Road is one of Vail's most coveted vacation rentals.

The floorpan, including bedroom layout, is:

1st Floor: Garage & large mudroom
2nd Floor: Den (with sleeper sofa), full bathroom, office, patio with hot tub & fire pit
3rd Floor: King guest bedroom, King guest bedroom, Double bunkbed room (two full/full bunk beds)
4th Floor: Kitchen, dining room, great room, patio w/ outdoor dining table and grill
5th Floor: Master suite

The focus of the main living floor is the expansive windows, multiple seating areas, outdoor and indoor dining tables, and a two way fireplace.

The gourmet kitchen is stocked with basics for your mountain cooking enjoyment. Luxurious bath amenities, hair dryers, and linens are also included.

Our local house manager, Jessica, will be your point of contact throughout the entire process. Ultimate spot for big groups in Vail
Held my bachelor party here and couldn’t have been a more perfect spot for me and my friends. Jessica was so helpful with planning caterers and activities around the area which is in the most prime spot on the mountain. Worth every penny to be both walking distance to the main gondola and gret restaurants, while still having some privacy. The set up in the kitchen/living area are outstanding for big groups. Highly recommend for any large groups who want to do Vail the right way.

Beautiful home in a great location
This home was in a great location that allowed us to walk to the mountain. We could easily walk to restaurant and shops or hop on the bus to explore more of Vail. The home had an ample amount of sleeping space and a beautiful view. Our Contact very helpful and recommended services to make our stay enjoyable.

Great Location, Great Space
Jessica is great, very helpful and accommodating. The home is in a great spot, a 5 min walk up the street and you can cruise down to Eagle Bahn and Lionshead Village. Great kitchen and dining space. One note, a LOT of stairs but there is an elevator.. Would definitely rent again!

Beautiful Home, Better Property Manager
The home is incredible, with great views and plenty amenities for a large group. Garage, driveway, and basement floor are perfect for storing skis and the house even comes with a drying/dressing room. We had a few issues with the home when we arrived and the property manager, Jessica, made everything right with us. We'll be back!

Lionshead home
A beautiful, but very vertical (five story) house in Lionshead. Great location, easy drive (or a bit of a walk) into the village. Only significant negative was that the kitchen was not properly equipped (extremely limited cookware, glassware, and basic kitchen necessities, but especially so for a house of this price/caliber).
