This large single-storey house that can accommodate up to 8 people, in a quiet location, combines elegance, comfort and period features, just 15 kilometres from the famous seaside resort of Les Sables d'Olonne.

Large living and dining room space with a fireplace, open, with a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, SENSEO coffee maker, designed for unforgettable moments of conviviality.



Two bathrooms, one of which has a toilet.

2 bedrooms with two single beds at 90 cm and a third with a double bed at 140 cm.

The accommodation will be ready for you upon your arrival: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen and towels are included for a completely relaxed arrival.



🧽 Exit Instructions – Mandatory

The included housekeeping corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality for everyone, it is mandatory to:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the rubbish to the indicated locations

• Gather used linen in the entrance of the accommodation



👉 In the event of non-compliance with these instructions or if a thorough cleaning is deemed necessary, an additional charge will be applied. (AirCover or security deposit)



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:
