3 gîtes in the house and an accommodation (occupied by the family) Gite on 2 levels with access by an external staircase. 1st floor: living room with kitchen area, a bathroom (bathtub), separate toilet, a shower room (shower and toilet), 2 bedrooms including 1 with shower + private toilet (1 double bed 140x190 cm / 1 double bed, 160x200 cm; 1 single bed 90w190 cm). 2nd floor: mezzanine under the slope (3 single beds). Shared washing machine (on the ground floor of the house opposite). Private balcony-terrace and small garden. Total floor area: 96 m² including attic areas. Traditional farmhouse from 1857 renovated 200m from the cable car. Charming typical hamlet in the valley leading to the famous Col de l'Iseran. Very quiet. Pleasant natural site on the edge of the forest. Good comfort. Warm mountain character. Private garden behind the house. Shared balcony-terrace with beautiful view of the village and the mountain. Ski Val-d'Isère cable car 200m away. Free shuttle 200m away (summer and winter).
