There was a power outage on the night we were staying there, likely due to the construction on the building. We had been warned that there would be *no water* on the day of our check-out, but no warning about complete lack of power. Thus, there was no "breakfast" the next morning, and our fridge didn't work to keep my medication cold (not to mention the TV, lights, etc. etc.). We couldn't even charge our phones. There was no explanation and no refund. Extremely poor hotel experience, and virtually zero customer service.
