The room was old, small. No furniture for clothing, no place to hang clothes, bathroom door stuck half way open, holes in walls covered with tape.

Extension cord for coffee pot/ fridge/ micro wave but no outlets for anything else. All these things were under the hanging rack so could not use it. AC at top of wall was dirty and could not reach it. Only 2 folding chairs to sit on.

Overpriced for a motel with no amenities whatsoever, not even a box of tissues, broken spa, intermittent internet and problem with cable TV; poor outdoor appearance with an old chair by each door with a metal can for cigarette butts. Would not recommend it to anyone. Very depressing !

Don’t fool yourself by the pictures. The property is unkept, weeds growing everywhere. Hot tub has been closed and exactly the same when we were there 3 years ago . Terrible parking . Sure it’s pet friendly rooms so they stick you and rundown , outdated room across the dumpster pet friendly room…Horrible

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Money We recently stayed at the Alpine Inn in Valemount and unfortunately, it was one of the more disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. First, the customer service left much to be desired. The woman who checked us in hardly spoke any English, which made the process frustrating and unhelpful. The hot tub and sauna were both out of order, despite being advertised as amenities — and we were not offered any discount or compensation for this. Our room was supposed to accommodate four people, yet the bathroom was stocked with only two towels. There was no recycling bin for bottles, which seems like basic common sense these days. The kitchenette is extremely outdated, complete with a stove that looks like it hasn’t been replaced since the 1980s. To make matters worse, the dishes were dirty — even though their “house rules” threaten guests with a fine if they don’t wash them. Lastly, the TV signal was so poor that watching anything was pointless. Overall, this place needs a serious update and some basic hospitality training for staff. We will not be staying here again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Valemount.

Dirty, broken down room.

This property especially the room was not clean at all. The fridge was dirty, the floor was so dirty that grime came off of my feet when I stepped in to the unclean bathtub. The floor tiles were coming up, the drapes were not hung properly. Overall, for Vancouver price, this place was awful. The room was dindgy and in need of major repairs.
