The apartment is a stone’s throw from the popular Plaza Tossal and a short walk to some of the city’s most famous attractions, St. Nichola’s Church, Central Market and Plaza de la Virgen.

The modern furniture combines well with the spacious layout and the exposed wooden beams in the high ceiling to create a unique Valencian character. Baja Flat has one big bedroom with balcony, a large bathroom with bathtub and a large open-plan kitchen plus living room which gives way to another balcony. The apartment may comfortably accommodate 4 people – two in the bedroom and two more on the sofa bed in the living room.
The small table with two chairs on the balcony allows al fresco dining while giving wonderful views towards Plaza San Jaime and Plaza del Tossal. The apartment is air conditioned and temperature controlled, ensuring your comfort in any weather.

Booking Terms and Conditions By making a reservation at our accommodation, you expressly agree to the following conditions. Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in penalties, loss of the reservation amount, or immediate eviction without the right to a refund. 1. It is recommended to follow usage instructions and take good care of all equipment and furnishings. In the event of damages attributable to negligent or improper use, the cost of repairs or replacements will be entirely borne by the guest. This liability is supported by Article 1.902 of the Spanish Civil Code. Bed linen and towels: If towels or bed linen are heavily stained, a stain removal cleaning fee of €5 per item will be charged. If the stains cannot be removed, the replacement cost of the item will be charged. 3. Silence and Rest Quiet hours: Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Respect for neighbors: Ringing neighbors’ doorbells or disturbing the peace within the building is not allowed. Non-compliance: Failure to respect these rules may result in immediate eviction from the accommodation without any refund of the reservation amount. 4. Guest Registration Traveller Information Form: Completing this form for all guests (adults and minors) prior to arrival is mandatory. This is a necessary requirement to access the accommodation.
