This nice apartment located in the centre of Valencia old town, 150m to Torres Serranos and Turia river bed, 250m to Plaza de la Verge and the Cathedral, 400m to Plaza de la Reina and 500m to Mercat Central. By walking 200m, there are bus stations lead you everywhere Valencia such as the beach Malvarosa and the amazing Arts&Science centre.
on 1st floor(piso uno) of a 5-story building with elevator. Up to 100 square meters including a charming patio, which is the best thing for smokers. All rooms equipped with A/C cold and heat, large and well-equipped kitchen, 600M high speed fiber, and most important, comfort beds and quiet environment in the night.

Schöne saubere Wohnung in der Altstadt von Valencia. Sehr gut um fusslĂ€ufig die Stadt zu erkunden. Der Vermieter ist nett, freundlich und antwortet schnell auf e-Mails. Die KĂŒchenausstattung ist auch Okay. Die Betten haben normale Matratzen nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich. Die BĂ€der und Duschen sind ausreichend groß. Preis-LeisungverhĂ€ltnis passt. Alles in Allem Empfehlenswert.

Peter and his wife Annie were brilliant! Very responsive and exceedingly helpful. The apartment was spotless, spacious and modern. The bedrooms were large and fully equipped. Central to everything and within walking distance. The metro is a few minutes away for easy access too. We needed information with travel to the start of a half marathon, then where to leave our luggage on our last day as our flight was not until late - Peter was very quick to help us with both. We would highly recommend this property.

Nette Wohnung in toller Altstadt-Lage

Wir hatten mit 4 Paaren eine schöne Zeit in Peters Wohnung. Die Lage direkt in der Altstadt ist toll, alle 4 Zimmer und die WohnkĂŒche haben eine Klimaanlage, die braucht es in Valencia unbedingt. Die Betten waren fĂŒr unsere MĂ€nner etwas zu kurz und die KĂŒchenausstattung könnte besser sein - ein paar kleine Löffel und vor allem eine Kaffeemaschine wĂ€ren toll. Ein paar mehr GlĂ€ser und Tassen wĂŒrden auch nicht schaden. Das hat uns aber nicht so sehr gestört, wir konnten die herrliche Stadt von dort prima erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit Peter war problemlos, Check-in und Check-out sehr einfach, alles top.

A spacious 4 bedroom apartment in a quiet street within Valencia “old town” - a perfect location to tour the city. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds with nice bed linen. It was well equipped. Communication with the owner regarding checkin and checkout was prompt and very helpful.

Great location, really nice place

Check in and check was really easy. Very convenient to the bus stops as well as shopping and tourist attractions. The place was immaculate when we entered with plenty of room for 7 of us to spread out when we needed to. The kitchen was fully functional and really helpful to have with that many people on vacation together. Thanks for a great first time VRBO stay!

Rustig gelegen en toch in het centrum . zaken als peper/zout, wc-papier zijn aanwezig. Dat scheelt een hoop inkopen doen. Prima bedden. Alle apparatuur is aanwezig en werkt prima!

Absolutely superb!

The property was exactly as detailed, very clean and really well equipped, literally everything you need. The location is fantastic, a really quiet apartment, but only a few minutes walk to the old town and all it's attractions. Check in and out couldn't have been easier, and Peter is an exceptional host. He responded to all of our requests almost immediately and was really helpful, giving great advice on luggage storage etc. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Perfect location and great apartment
