In the heart of L´horta Nord of Valencia, surrounded by orange groves, just 15 minutes away from Valencia City. We are offering you Ca Emma. House which is over 100 years old and has recently been restored and opened in May 2017 with all its reconstructed interiors. Ideally located so you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity, without renouncing everything that makes life easier, supermarkets, shopping centers and public transport, underground and commuter trains for those who do not wish to take the car to the city centre.

A 5-minute drive from the nearest beach of fine sand, ideal starting point to enjoy intensively Valencia and its charms its culture: the city of Arts and Sciences, the Oceanográfico, the BioParc one of the best in Europe, its monuments, its museums, its theatres, its Palace of music, The opera. Not to mention the port of Valencia, the trade fair and last but not least, The Formula 1 racing track in Cheste, and different opportunities offered of being near Valencia but with the comfort of being right in the countryside.

An ideal place where to relax from the stress of daily routine, allowing you to enjoy the countryside, the city and the beach. With bike lanes that take you to the city or to the mountain. We suggest you to discover paths through the garden of Valencia. Discover the unique richness of the Valencian orchards. You will be staying in one of the oldest and most unknown garden unique in Europe named the Huerta of Valencia. Enjoy riding on horse-drawn carts, being in contact with nature and its changes ranging from bloom of Orange Blossom (month of April) to the maturation of the fruit (February-April) of the following year.

CA Emma is designed to provide relaxation, quietness and comfort. The property is perfectly equipped with furniture, kitchenware and linen necessary to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. On the ground floor you will not find any steps, neither outside in the garden or access to the exterior of the house. There is a bathroom adapted for the disabled.

The House has 3 bedrooms, one of them with a private terrace, 3 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite. Large dining room with an open plan kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances. The maximum capacity of this rural accommodation is up to 8 people The House has central heating and air conditioning throughout the house, wifi, Free view British channels NETFILIX and Amazon Prime. It has private parking inside the property. The municipal Olympic swimming pool of Albuixech is a 5 minute walk where both young ones as adults can enjoy swimming in summer. We offer our guests free passes to go as much as they want to. It opens from June 21st till the 5th of September.

It enjoys a wonderful pergola, gazebo and a garden with lawn. Pets welcome at a cost of 5€ per day.

Happy stay amongst the orange groves
Homely and just perfect for us and our two spaniels. within easy reach of beaches, restaurants and shops yet private and wonderfully restful. The owners are delightful. Nothing was too much trouble and their kindness to us made our stay very special. The metro is 5 minutes away so going in to the city is very easy - you can just pop in for a few hours or go off for the day.. the city is quite beautiful with a wonderful ‘cafe society’ feel. We love it and hope to go back.

We enjoyed our stay enormously at Casa Emma. The accommodation is first rate and could not have been better. In addition being pet friendly the Casa offers a good sized, secure garden with several comfortable seating areas and a delightful patio. The location is peaceful and relaxing and not overlooked by other properties. Our hosts were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to offer advice and suggestions throughout our stay. The added bonus was a nearby dog friendly beach, not far from the marina with a choice of small, excellent restaurants available for lunch. We would have no hesitation in recommending Casa Emma to anyone who enjoys a relaxing holiday, in pleasant surroundings with clean and spacious accommodation

A stay in orange groves
We needed a property where we could leave our vehicle safely and travel into Valencia by public transport - you can walk from here to either the Metro or station in about 20 mins. Luis was very helpful and accommodating as we turned up a bit earlier than planned and he booked us into a typical Spanish restaurant a short drive away on our last day. You can visit the sea from here too, only a short drive away.

Walking distance to mainline station (Barcelona-Valencia) or Valencia Metro so easy and regular access to the city Set in quiet location but walkable to two local towns (Lidl etc) You couldn’t ask for a more helpful, accessible or better English speaking owner Will certainly go back again to this fresh and delightfully presented property

Casa Emma was lovely. Clean, private and welcoming. Olympic sized swimming pool c. 7 minutes walk away. Village of Albuixech was lovely. Very short of places to eat! Mainly tapas. We would strongly recommend El Respiro (www.elrespiro22.com) in the village for lunch and tapas. Best of all, if you have small kids, is the playroom. Great big room with glass walls where the kids have a ball and you can have your lunch whilst watching them. Enjoy.

The house is in a beautiful location. Very quiet and peaceful, but only 15 minutes walk to a metro station with easy access to Valencia city centre. The house is nicely decorated and is very well equipped, with everything you can need for a nice holiday. Highly recommended.

Nice quiet spot near Valencia
The house is set on a small, quiet road although there are lots of other busier roads in the area. It was very pleasant staying there and our bedroom was OK as was our bathroom. The interior was very spacious for just the two of us with a good kitchen area and a comfortable sitting room all open plan although we struggled to get much in English on the TV. The garden gave us plenty of privacy and we enjoyed sitting out there. The resident cat was delightful and always came for her breakfast at the right time each day. A nice place for a holiday with some good restaurants in the area offering excellent and well priced lunchtime menus.
