Hidden gem
First, I’m American. When we pulled up to this complex, I was worried. But when I met the owner and her daughter, I was enchanted. The property is truly a hidden gem. There is a lovely kitchen with a washer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator. We cooked three dinners and did laundry! There is a tiny courtyard where you can relax or hang the clothes to dry. The downstairs has a bedroom, 1/2 bath and family room for relaxing eating, and tv watching. The upstairs has two more bedrooms and a lovely full bath with a walk in shower. The owner lives close by and was able to help with our little and big problems very quickly. The stairs are a little steep, so my 87 year old dad stayed downstairs and only went up to use the shower. We did find parking each day on the surrounding streets. Although I was worried at first by my surroundings, it is a lovely neighborhood and we felt safe coming and going no matter the time of day. We loved our stay!

Great place / Super appart
The apartment is very nice and clean. There is always a little wind which makes the apartment very comfortable to be in. The neighborhood is very convenient, not far from bus and subway, and close to Mercadona and Carrefour shopping malls. Ana Maria, the host, is very friendly and helpful. -- Superbe location, avec une petite cour excellente. Bien placé, à 5mn du bus et du métro et avec des supermarchés pas loin (Mercadona et Carrefour). Ana Maria est très sympa, et elle habite en face, donc elle connait bien le quartier et vous indiquera tous les bons plans.

Buona soluzione per famiglie
Quartiere carino, appartamento vicino alla fermata della metro e dell'autobus per cui ti puoi muovere velocemente per raggiungere ogni punto di interesse. Tre camere di cui una con due lettini, due bagni e una cucina funzionali per tre famiglie...non ci eravamo capite sul numero delle persone, forse per problemi di traduzione, quindi ci è stato chiesto un supplemento ma per il resto tutto ok!

Wonderful place to stay
I really enjoyed my stay in Ana Maria house. It is very clean and the photos reflect the actual accommodation. It is a perfect place to stay if you want to explore the city of Valencia and this accommodation make the city so accessible. The host is very good and was quick to respond when I accidentally locked my bedroom door. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and give it a 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 rating.
