Flats Friends Torres de Quart is an apartment with one bedroom located in the center of Valencia, in the Carmen district. It is an ideal accommodation for families and couples in a 6-apartment building, so there are no crowds. The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building. This way, contact between people is minimized, although our staff is available by phone or WhatsApp if you have any questions.



Flats Friends Torres de Quart is an apartment with a simple and cozy decoration. It is fully furnished to accommodate 4 people with a double bed in the room plus a double sofa bed in the living room. It has cotton sheets and towels, a modern kitchen open to the living room with television and large bathroom with bathtub. The apartment has a hot/cold air conditioning unit in the living room and a ceiling fan in the bedroom.



It is located on Valencia's Turia street, next to the Torres de Quart and a few minutes walk from the city center and the IVAM and MUVIM museums. It is perfectly connected to numerous bus and metro lines and there is a supermarket 25 meters away.



NOTE: For bookings involving multiple apartments and for groups of guests under 25 years of age, the security deposit will be €400 per apartment. This will be refunded if the apartment is left in suitable condition (tidy, undamaged, etc.) and if we do not receive any noise complaints from other guests or neighbors in nearby buildings.
