Upon entering, you'll find the living area with a comfortable double sofa bed, a TV, and a dining table.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with essential cooking utensils and tableware, including an electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and more.
For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher for effortless cleanup, as well as a washing machine, dryer, and iron for your laundry needs.
The bedroom features two comfortable double beds, separated in the middle by a partition for privacy. It is equipped with air conditioning, plenty of storage space, and an additional TV.
The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, such as fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80âŹ.
