Welcome to my home!

This charming 50mÂČ apartment is conveniently located near top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and various restaurants offering diverse culinary options. Please note the apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access.

The open-plan living room features a comfortable, relaxing sofa, a wide-screen TV for all your favourite shows, and a dining table. Natural sunlight floods the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchenette is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery for preparing delicious meals. It also has an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities.

The first bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The second bedroom offers two single beds, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. All beds are dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom is well-appointed, with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

For your comfort, the apartment is always professionally cleaned.

It is conveniently situated near public transportation, with Àngel Guimerà metro station just a 14-minute walk away and Valencia Station North only 1.1 km from the property.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

But the most important is very very convenient well located close to almost everything.. more awesome behind of the Valencia catedral..! Again and again Vrbo don’t help at all when you need help they ask you contact the host directly..!

Lovely centrally located Valencia Home

Awesome home within walking distance of all the sights in the old town. Only issue was tricky door into apartment. You have to turn the key wayyyyyyyyy past what you think to actually unlock the entire door. Took a few tries and some moments of thinking we were locked out to figure things out. Otherwise excellent home, but could use some basic bathroom amenities on arrival, i.e., soap.....

Amazing location

Right in the center of old Valùncia. Looked just like photos and we Loved the little patio overlooking the street! Only difficulty was unlocking door to the apartment. You have to go so far to the right it seems it can’t be, but once we got it. Everything was great! Would have loved some soap in the bathroom and some blankets for the bed, but all was nice!

Lovely central location!

Great apartment right in the center of Old town ValĂšncia! We walked all over and enjoyed the small patio overlooking the street every afternoon/evening. Only issue we had initially was understanding the lock and getting into the apartment. You had to turn the lock far past what seemed possible to actually get ti to open, but once we figured it out all was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Small main living space which was expected but not a problem. The app for key code was convenient but the door could be a little hard to open. Air conditioning in the main hall and only one of the bedrooms so we had to leave the other door open for airflow. Close to main city center and good walking distance to shops and restaurants. One of the bedroom only had on bottom sheets and no bed coverings so that was strange and no good way to request more linens so we had to improvise.
