Great place to stay for the Ciudad de las Artes

A great place to stay - most staff were friendly, the pool service was a little slow but good food and drinks. The pool is lovely, just not very big. It’s very well located for the Ciudad de las Artes y Ciencias. It’d say it’s expensive for what it is.

We had a good time rooms were at 22 c temperature but that was ok because the room temperature was 22 c with 4 people we love it very nice hotel I will recommend this hotel

Good hotel but I one complain. I was told that mini bar items was free of charge as a promotion. The only contents of the mini bar was 2 bottles of water (under 300ml) and 2 bottles of Minute Maid (under 300ml). This is not a standard mini bar I have experienced in my 25 years of traveling. If mini bar is free, then items in the mini bar should have standard items. Do not pretend things are free and offer free water. This was disappointing.

Very noisy rooms

The hotel is modern and clean but the sound proofing is horrendous! You can hear every step the people next door and upstairs take, every time the tap is turned on, they close the front door etc. Not to mention the noise from people on the street and traffic. I thought the window was open, but it wasn’t.

Really nice modern hotel, cool vibe etc. Great room, very clean, spacious shower, big tv...all what you would expect. The roof terrace was a good spot with lovely views, could be smartened up a bit though. Perfect location, if not having breakfast then just down the road is Mi Dulce Vida with a big breakfast menu and also great value. Also on the other side of the road from Arts & Sciences is massive shopping centre with a Carrefour for stocking up on food / drink. Is less of a trek to the beach on foot too. Just the best location really. Will go again for sure !
