The place was a treasure, very welcoming. The parking was a challenge because ‘Google Maps’ not showing drive to the hotel due to being in heart of old city area so we lost an hour finding the hotel. Otherwise a fantastic location & facilities

Amazing Short 36-hour Stay - Highly recommend

The hotel itself is located in the old part of the city, which is literally seconds walk away from La Placa de la Reina, bordering the Cathedral,great bars,restaurants and a park.All a few minutes’ walk from the hotel.Furthermore, you can also walk to the newer parts of the city such as Russafa and Colon,which is also an aesthetically pleasing 15-20 minute walk away.Despite being so close to the centre, the hotel itself is tucked away in a very quiet location, guaranteeing a good night sleep. I stayed in the double room with a balcony which was extremely comfortable/luxurious completed to a high finish with a very well equipped kitchenette. I would recommend for external guests to bring an adaptor as the rooms aren’t currently equipped with charging ports. Exceptional level of customer service from the staff at the hotel. The high level of attention and continuous assistance from beginning to end, was consistent and genuinely above and beyond.All the staff prepared for my visit and accommodated all my requests with much ease, such as receiving my parcel,storing my luggage, booking my taxi etc..The concierge team inc Robine and Andres,were incredibly friendly, always on the ball,and it was clear that they all take a genuine interest in their guests wellbeing,which again was consistent across the board, meaning I was able to just focus on making the most of my trip.I highly recommend staying here when in the region, as it will not fail to make your stay in Valenica, memorable!

I loved this hotel! To start, the hospitality was great and each staff member we spoke with was so kind and helpful. The room and facilities were all beautiful and the cleaning team was also great. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

Great little hotel in the heart of ciutat vella. A lot going on around it. Many many restaurants with great food, little bars, cafes. Be aware that finding parking may be difficult. Call the hotel before arriving. Getting there in car is almost impossible.

We enjoyed our five night stay here. The room was modern, extremely clean, spacious and had a kitchenette which was convenient. The bed was firm and comfortable. Alberto the front desk manager is professional, friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our conversations with Alberto each day. All of the employees at the front desk were also friendly. The property is located in the old town and restaurants, tapas bars and shops are in walking distance. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Valencia.
