My husband and I stayed in room 1, felt like we were in a motocross race Could hear every car, motorcycle, dirt bike go by all night. Got really loud from 5-7 am. Bed is as hard as a rock other than that it was clean and provided needed essentials. Front desk was pleasant to deal with and location is great.

The hotel was clean and well located. The beds were comfy but I found the pillows a bit too thick. The staff was friendly.

Almost perfect but breakfast is sad

Location is excellent. The style and decour are beautiful and the service top notch. The breakfast is sad: only fruit and white bread with jam or butter.

Great location to the center. Bring cash as they DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS!!! WE HAD TO FIND AN ATM AFTER TRAVELING ALL DAY. THEY TELL EVERYONE THE CREDIT CARD MACHINES ARE NOT WORKING? Breakfast was meagre Room was very clean.

Centrally located. Very close to city center with lots of dining and shopping options. Also very close to a cenote which is a major plus. Wi-fi was fast. Breakfast was basic- toast, butter, jam, fruits, coffee and tea. Does not accept cards for payments so bring cash.

The property was extremely clean and we were able to check in early. Parking on the street was easy to find, the location is perfect for exploring on foot and there was a simple breakfast at 8am to start the day. Excellent value for the price!

Beautiful place but lack of maintenance. Taps not flowing properly, dead lightbulbs. Lack of lighting, very average overall When checking-in, the staff was amarateurish, wanted my friends to pay for extra people. Information on expedia about check in was wrong. Average breakfast, water dispenser was dispensing hot water
