Great location. Walking distance to rocky and sandy beaches, supermarket, pizzeria and ice cream shop. Unfortunately the owner has lost interest in the house and a lot of things are broken/damaged and not replaced (light switch, tap, garden furniture, tiles). 1 out of 3 air-conditioning units worked and it took a week and many messages to get the engineer out. Saying that we still had a lovely time.

The property was far below what was advertised.At check-in we couldn’t get in for over two hours because the wrong keys were left. The host and owner were unreachable, and we only got access after threatening to book a hotel and reimburse the cost to homeowner.From day four, a strong, dead-animal-like smell filled the kitchen and living area till the end of stay. The host suggested pouring vinegar or hot water in the sink without inspecting, which did nothing, making cooking and using the space impossible.Two of the three bedrooms had broken air conditioning; the third was very noisy. Plumbing and electrical issues included a broken light switch in the children’s room, leaking taps, a rotting kitchen sink, and shower doors that didn’t close properly.Furniture and utensils were old and fragile: a deck chair was broken, another collapsed under my child, and towels, sheets, and cookware were heavily worn.Despite repeated reports, no meaningful help was provided. The property did not match the listing, and our stay was seriously affected. I would not recommend this rental.

Die Lage und Unterstützung durch die Verwalterin ganz wunderbar. Haus leider etwas tief gelegen und damit nicht so sonnenfreudig. Ausstattung: mittlere Katastrophe: alte Matratzen sehr hart, sehr schlechtes und spärliches Kochgeschirr sowie fehlende Ausrüstung für einfaches Kochen, keine Sitzauflagen für Außenbereiche, mehrere Leuchtkörper ohne Funktion. Mit geringer Investition könnte die Ferienunterkunft wesentlich verbessert werden. Offenbar ist dies nicht gewollt. Wer also kaum Wert auf etwas Qualität legt, z.b keine bewegliche Duschmöglichkeit (fehlender Duschschlauch) sucht und kalte Böden liebt, wem ein Sofa egal ist, weil es keins gibt und auf nacktem Steinfußboden Fernsehen gucken möchte, dem möge es gefallen. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Nicht empfehlenswert! La posizione e il supporto del gestore sono stati meravigliosi. Casa purtroppo un po' bassa e quindi non molto soleggiata. Strutture: disastro medio: materassi vecchi e molto duri, pentole molto povere e scarse e mancanza di attrezzature per cucinare facilmente, assenza di coprisedili per gli spazi esterni, diversi apparecchi di illuminazione non funzionanti. Con un piccolo investimento, l'alloggio per le vacanze potrebbe essere molto migliorato. Ovviamente, questo non è voluto. Quindi se non vi interessa la qualità, non volete una doccia mobile (senza tubo flessibile), amate i pavimenti freddi, non vi interessa il divano perché non c'è e volete guardare la TV su un pavimento di pietra nuda, potrebbe piacervi. Siamo rimasti molto delusi. Non raccomandabile!
