Upon entering this beautiful duplex property, our guests are welcomed with a large living area with access to sofa and a smart TV and 2 large sofas which can also be used as a sofa bed.
On the second floor, is a large, comfy double bed.
The location is second to none being right in the centre of Valletta, with all the museums, shops & restaurants within walking distance.

Living Spaces| Step into our dedicated living space adorned with 2 comfy sofas, a spacious coffee table, and a television for your relaxation. Additionally, this apartment boasts a generous dining area accommodating up to 4 guests, perfect for enjoying delightful meals together.
The sofa bed in the living area comfortably accommodates an additional two guests.Linens and towels will be provided for the sofa bed in the living area, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.
Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also includes an oven and a hub.
Bedrooms| The bedroom, featuring a cozy double bed, is located upstairs, offering privacy and a peaceful retreat within the loft setting.
Bathrooms| This charming loft features the convenience of two bathrooms for added comfort - one ensuite bathroom connected to the bedroom, and another dedicated guest bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with refreshing showers.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Located in the heart of Valletta, our vacation rental is situated in one of Malta's most beloved neighborhoods. With its narrow streets, historic buildings, and vibrant cultural scene, Valletta is a true gem of the Mediterranean.
During your stay, you'll be just steps from a wide range of attractions, including the stunning St. John's Co-Cathedral, the Upper Barrakka Gardens with their panoramic views of the Grand Harbour, and the National Museum of Archaeology, which houses some of Malta's most precious artifacts. You'll also find plenty of charming cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby, offering everything from traditional Maltese cuisine to international fare.
Getting around Valletta is easy and convenient, with plenty of transportation options available to guests. The city is compact and pedestrian-friendly, so many of the top attractions are within easy walking distance of our vacation rental. You can also use the local bus system to explore other parts of the island; the Valletta Bus Terminal is just a short walk from our property.
If you prefer to travel by car, please note that parking in Valletta can be a bit challenging. The city is known for its narrow streets and limited parking, so we recommend that guests park in one of the nearby public garages. The closest one to our property is the MCP Car Park, located just a few minutes walk away.

Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During the lovely summer season, although he does sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
