3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

6. What is included in the apartment.

* Shower gel
* Plate liquid soap
* Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
* Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
* Garbage bags
* Linens for the bed
* Towels per person

7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.

If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

The house was ill maintained. We left after 3 nights and will be pursuing a refund. The host was not being aggreable and we would like to pursue it with VRBO if you could assist in the nest steps that would be helpful.

It was like a dungeon, the bathroom in the cellar, a bedroom off the main bedroom. A toilet with a dirty curtain rather than a door, plus the water tank on display in the toilet.No outside light in the main area, very dark and dismal.Host unhelpful.
