The private apartment is self-contained. You have your own entrance which leads into the sitting room, where you have a full-size pull-out couch, a recliner, and entrance into a full-size bath.

Next to a small hall area with a small table and two chairs, is a kitchenette, fully outfitted with an induction stovetop, air fryer/convection oven, microwave, sink, and nice sized refrigerator. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with two windows overlooking magnificent views.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a (movable) desk/table overlooking a beautiful view, if you just had to bring work with you. There is also lots of closet space to tuck away your suitcases and clothes.

A BBQ and smoker are outside in a private patio. Nonperishable leftover condiments may be present in the apartment.

A small washer/small dryer is available in the laundry shed near your door.

Well-behaved dog(s) w/ approval at OK. Be aware, however, there is no fence. With coyotes and birds of prey in the country, they must be well contained by you. Please clean up after your dog(s) around the house. Owners are not responsible for pets or children.

We are in the country, expect a slower and friendliness pace. 🤗

The apartment is also designed for long-term living with a discounts available. 😉

The apartment was a perfect retreat after spending the day training with my horse. It was quiet, the apartment was comfy and met my needs. The sunset view from the swing overlooking the valley was spectacular! Patricia, the host, was very kind. I'll definitely stay here the next time.

Definitely Serene
The Sunrises and Sunsets were just what we needed. This place is Magical. If you can't relax here, you may need some other kind of help. Even our 14yr old son could stop and appreciate the View and Nature. I have no words for the feeling I had just sitting and watching the view. We will never forget it.

Clean with beautiful views
Small but very beautiful property up in the hills! It’s a great place to stay if you want a serene, quiet, relaxing environment. There is no TV. Bring a good book and some hiking shoes. You have the appliances you need to cook small, quick meals. The nearest grocery store is about 15 minutes away. This is a very clean, pup friendly apartment.
