Beautiful duplex with large south-facing terrace overlooking the Galibier

Very nice 55 m² duplex on the 3rd floor (no lift) for 8 people (see 9 if it is a child) with all the comfort you want in the center of a quiet hamlet (Les Verneys) (2 km away) de Valloire), accessible by free shuttle every 15 min in winter (which saves you having to take your car), and 5 minutes from the shops, 150 m from the ski lifts on foot, small soap (small easy ski slope) 50 meters from the cross-country ski trail. At the bottom of the building, a playground for playing pétanque, football, basketball surrounded by greenery and visible from the balcony if you want to keep an eye on your children.
It consists of 3 bedrooms all upstairs, 2 bathrooms, one on each floor and 2 separate toilets, one on each floor. The 1 st bedroom, a small attic bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200 bed), 1 small velux window, 2 bedside tables with lamps, storage for your belongings, a coat rack and a shelf; the 2nd bedroom, medium with 1 double bed, (140x200 bed), a small velux window, a small window, a large closet, 2 bedside tables with 2 lamps, a coat rack, and a flat screen TV; the 3rd bedroom, a little larger, with a large velux window with superb view of the Galibier a sofa bed for 2 people (140 x 200 bed), an ottoman, a bedside table with a lamp and storage for your belongings including one small shelf above the bed with spotlights and 2 drawers. Upstairs, there is also a bathroom with a shower, 1 heated towel rail, a sink with mirror and storage space, and right next to it, a separate toilet with sink and washing machine. Downstairs, you have a large living room with a large corner sofa that can be transformed into 2 x 1 pers (80 cm) or 1 x 2 pers (160 cm) beds, a sliding drawer under the sofa, a small table , flat screen TV, DVD and stereo with iPod connection. You also have board games for adults and children, books and Wi-Fi access by purchasing an SFR internet coupon at the tobacco bar in Valloire at a price of 10 euros or 30 euros depending on the load you want.(you have to give the number of the line of the apartment which is above the box and then the figures which are on the coupon) In the living room, you have a super equipped American kitchen with 3 hot plates induction, oven and all appliances, raclette, pancake, fondue available. On the ground floor, there is also a bathroom with 1 shower, 1 sink with wardrobe and mirror and a towel dryer and right next to a separate toilet. In the entrance hall is a large closet for clothes, shoes and hats and gloves.
The living room opens onto a large 10 m² terrace facing south with a superb view of the Galibier where you can eat on the table or relax in the deckchairs or in the hammock (sun in the morning until 4 p.m.), in the evening you you can stay on the terrace thanks to the exterior lighting. You have a ski locker on the 2nd floor; a closed garage in the building with storage available for ski equipment, ski boots, or toboggans which saves you having to carry your skis with your shoes on to the 2nd floor and having to clear your car or find a place in the often crowded outdoor car park.
In summer, you are at the foot of many walks from the apartment, you do not even need your car! 5 min walk, you have tennis courts and a golf course (6 holes).

Nous étions 7 ( 4 adultes et 3 adolescents). La taille du logement était parfaite. Le logement est bien équipé. Le seul petit bémol est l'impossibilité de recharge du wifi sans numéro de smartphone français.

Gezellige woning in een prachtige omgeving
Wij (gezin met 7 volwassenen) hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Les Verneys/Valloire. Het appartement was goed uitgerust en gezellig ingericht met een wat volkloristische aankleding. Wij houden daar wel van. Verder was het heel prettig dat er 3 slaapkamers waren, 2 badkamers en 2 aparte toiletten. Het appartement was goed uitgerust. Van alles was voldoende: serviesgoed, bestek, pannen, ga zo maar door. Ook heerlijk dat er een vaatwasser was. Het appartement is gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van de skilift. Je moet er een klein eindje voor lopen, bergafwaarts geen centje pijn, maar met een slechte conditie bergopwaarts (geldt voor mij) best vermoeiend, maar ja, dat hoort bij een bergvakantie. Het betreft een wandelingetje van 5 á10 min. 'Downhill' kan je zelfs nog een stukje skiën en 'uphill' kan je nog een stukje met een sleepliftje. De bakker zit tegenover de lift, dus ook binnen loopafstand. Het pistegebied vonden wij fantastisch en er waren weinig Nederlanders, ook weleens fijn. Wij hebben nog wel tips voor de overigens allervriendelijkste eigenaar: het zou fijn zijn als de schoonmaak door externen zou kunnen gebeuren. Het is lastig om een appartement schoon te maken, als je moet pakken en je moet voorbereiden op een lange terugreis. Een appartement bezemschoon achterlaten vinden we prima. Het betekent dan ook dat het appartement altijd écht schoon is voor de volgende huurders. Ook zouden we het een verbetering vinden als er beddengoed bij aankomst in het appartement is. Het is prima om de bedden zelf op te maken. Iets meer service op dit gebied zouden we erg op prijs stellen. Het is geen probleem om voor deze service te betalen. Ingrid van der Wal

Très bon emplacement, proche des pistes et des commodités. Belle vue sur les montagnes. Chambres biscornues mais convenables, vu le temps qu'on y passe. Belle déco de montagne, logement tout à fait conforme aux photos.

Plaisir et détente.
Location conforme à sa description. Les travaux effectués dans les salles de bains sont de tres bonne qualité. Le logement est idéalement situé, pres des remontées mécanique, des départs pour ski de fond ou raquettes. Nous sommes à nouveau ravi pour notre 2eme séjour consécutif en famille. Nous recommandons cette location.

Très bon emplacement.
Une location située 2 km du centre de Valloire, mais des commerces sont à 2 minutes à pied. Piste débutants, gratuite à 150 mètres. Navettes gratuites toutes les 15 minutes. La location est très bien agencé et de son immense balcon, la vue sur le grand Gallibier est splendide. Le superbe domaine skiable est accessible au niveau des commerces. Nous recommandons et y retournerons certainement. Mr et Mme SEGRET
