At the Colenfrey chalet, it's paradise for family holidays! A large playground, very popular with children with the trampoline and swing. And in winter, beautiful sledding descents with your children will give you unforgettable memories. Detached house on 2 levels. Ground floor: entrance, laundry room. 1st floor: living room, kitchen-living room, 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with bathroom (shower) and balcony, 1 cabin bedroom (2 x 2 bunk beds), separate WC. 2nd floor: mezzanine with children's play area, 2 bedrooms with balcony (2 single beds / 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm), bathroom (bathtub and WC). Ski room with electric boot dryer (in summer, room for bicycles and for 2 motorcycles). Beautiful detached house located 200 m from the Moulin Benjamine chairlift and 1 km from the Valloire shopping center (shuttle 150 m away) in a residential area, near the road to the Galibier pass. Very comfortable with a living room with large bay windows. Large plot of land with garden furniture, barbecue, trampoline and swing. Very beautiful open view of the valley and the Galibier massif.
