The hotel is well located. It is near the metro station Puerto and it is a few steps from los cerros and the port area. It is fairly clean and the staff is friendly.

Good value for a hotel near the port and easy walking access to Old Town area. Staff was friendly. Amenities were rather spartan (no phone, shampoo, or glass in room), however unit was clean and comfortable

It is bare minimum hotel. I would say even below that. Carpets on the floor so filthy I didn’t even want to step on it. Surrounding is not good either. Supermarket is right next to hotel almost. That was good. Electric outlets are very different with 3 prongs.I could get only 1 from the office. I bought 2 from a store I was passing. I have stayed many times in Ibis in France. It doesn’t come close enough. The reason I chose this hotel it is right at the pier but didn’t know our ship was docked far away. Not impressed at all
Terrible service. Washroom sink sprayed water when tried to use it. Shower did not work properly. Overall not worth the money at all.
