schöne Wohnung mit grosser Terrasse!

Kleine, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit schöner Meersicht. Einziger nachteil ist die Strasse, die am Wochenende sehr befahren ist. Kurzer Weg zum Meer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Möglichkeit mit dem Petit Train ins Zentrum zu fahren.

Satisfaisant mais...

L'appartement est situé plein sud. Pas de climatisation. La chaleur devient insupportable quand le thermomètre dépasse les 30 degrés à l'ombre. Ni rideaux dans la pièce de vie, ni parasol sur le grand balcon pour atténuer ce désagrément. La localisation de l'appartement permet d'accéder facilement aux commerces et animations. Attention, le casino étant très proche, et ouvert tard dans la nuit, pas une nuit sans "tapage". L'immeuble est ancien mais entretenu. Les communs et l'ascenseur sont nettoyés. Au niveau de l'équipement, il y a des choses à revoir. Les lattes du canapé convertible sont en partie réparées avec du scoth, en partie sur le point de casser et en partie absentes. Il est difficile d'entrer ou de sortir des toilettes, la pièce étant très étroite. Le réfrigérateur est un peu vieux mais il fait le travail. L'équipement est suffisant. La propreté est tout juste acceptable. J'ai trouvé un oreiller plein de sang, caché (par un précédent locataire ?) dans un placard. Le couvre canapé ne respire pas la propreté et les vitres ne sont plus vraiment transparentes. Malgré ces critiques, l'appartement est correct, hors période de canicule.
