This wonderful and cosy villa in Valsequillo has capacity for six people, has 3 bedrooms with a small terrace each one with views to the mountain and the sea, independent kitchen with views to the barbecue area and swimming pool, pantry, living room with wonderful views to the mountain and terrace, two bathrooms, swimming pool, barbecue area, garden, washing machine and cleaning room and garage.

Accommodation of 191 m² cosy and fully equipped, with sea and mountain views. Its location next to the Troncon recreational area and the village of Valsequillo make it ideal for enjoying nature. Valsequillo has 10 signposted local footpaths. The routes offer the possibility of infinite combinations from the most familiar to the most demanding.

All the trails are of great interest for their flora and fauna, geology, archaeological, ethnographic and historical heritage, with the possibility of buying and tasting local products.

Throughout the year there are guided routes in the municipality organised by hiking groups and companies.

Belle villa dans les hauteurs
Belle villa dans les hauteurs. Ce qui signifie qu'il faut compter 20/30 minutes en voiture pour rejoindre la côte et qu'il faut tenir compte de l'emplacement de la villa si vous voulez visiter l'île, comme nous l'avons fait. Nous sommes venus en février, il faisait donc trop froid pour profiter de la piscine. La villa est bien équipée et joliment décorée, les lits sont confortables. Les climatiseurs pouvaient servir de radiateurs ce qui a été utile car le soir, à cette période, il fait frais. En revanche, les convecteurs de la cuisine et des salles de bain ne fonctionnaient pas aussi bien. L'eau était tiède et ce n'était pas agréable de prendre sa douche. Nous n'avons pas profité de la cuisine extérieure et la cuisine intérieure ne comporte que 2 chaises. C'était un peu petit pour manger alors que c'est le seul endroit à l'intérieur où on peut manger. La communication avec l'agence était très bonne. La procédure d'enregistrement est un peu fastidieuse mais une fois que c'est fait, nous avons obtenu les informations pour avoir accès à la villa.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit Pool , 2 Terrassen und Garage .
Das Haus mit Pool und 2 Terrassen ist voll ausgestattet . Super Aussicht bis ans Meer , obwohl man sich bereits im bergigen Hinterland befindet . Soweit alles perfekt , nur die Baustelle nebenan ist etwas störend und staubig . Da wir aber Frühaufsteher sind und jeden Tag unterwegs waren , haben wir uns damit gut arrangiert .
