Three-room apartment on two levels (ground 7:08 - DUPLEX) with internal staircase. Wooden furniture, rustic-style mountain. From the condo you can get off the ski slopes and back on skis. Or, if you prefer, you can use the convenient bus that stops close to home. The first level of accommodation comprises: kitchen (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, hotplate 4 burner stove), living room with sofa bed and a large window with panoramic views of the spectacular Cervino. On the second level there are two small bedrooms, the bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Also on the second level there is also a sofa bed for 2 people (for a total of 8 beds). Even here there are large windows overlooking the Grandes Murailles chain, the whole majestic pyramid of the Matterhorn, for Plan Maison and Plateau Rosa and on most of the ski slopes. It is without doubt the most spectacular views of Cervinia. Recently renovated bathroom with shower equipped with emotional color therapy, aerosol spray jets, whirlpool, waterfall and music during the shower. In the bathroom it is also a SAUNA Finnish private.

Great stay with 4 people. Ski in - ski out with enough snow and the right skills. Good communication with our contact Marco. Nice but basic accommodation. Good price - value. You need a car to go to town easily (there are bus possibilities ).

Recommend this place due to an affordable price and close to the pistes. Apartment is quite old and you should not expect an up to date studio. But it serves all basic needs well.

Perfect place for skiers

If you are visiting Cervinia for skiing and not for dining and bar adventures this apartment i perfect. Ski in and ski out (a short distance thru the woods). Simple but functional accomodation for 4 persons. Wonderful view over Matterhorn/Mt Cervino and the skiing area.

Comfortable apartment

The apartment is situated a 25 min walk from the main gondola lifts to Plan Maison. There is a bus service that seemed to work fine on the journey in the morning but a little less reliably for the evening journey back. It is possible to ski in and out if you can cope with a relatively steep red run. The apartment has great views and is well equipped. There were 4 of us and that worked fine. Overall a great value apartment

Cervinia and location around apartment

The property was correctly advertised and represented. When the snow is good ,the apartment is a ski in ski out residence for experienced skiers. Once the snow becomes compact and icy, the task of skiing in and out does become tricky and would not be achieved easily. The rental price reflects accurately the facilities and location of the apartment. A shuttle bus runs from early morning until 8.30 in the evening which drops you within a short walk of the slopes in the town. The apartment is totally adequate for providing accommodation for 6 people , and it is wise to keep the rooms as un cluttered as possible as space is limited with 6 people and all their gear . We had an enjoyable time and were impressed with the quality of the ski runs

Ottima sistemazione. Posto molto tranquillo . L'host si e' dimostrato molto disponibile e gentile. L'appartamento in stile e ben tenuto, dotato di tutti i confort (Sauna e doccia top) da tutte le finestre dell'appartamento si gode di una Vista impareggiabile sul cervino e sulla città di Cervinia. Il parcheggio si trova agevolmente.. se non proprio davanti.. sicuramente nelle immediate vicinanze. Dalla abitazione partono molto sentieri per le cime più belle. Oppure si può usufruire della navetta. Noi non l'abbiamo mai utilizzata.

Buen apartamento, lejos del centro pero con muy buenas vistas al Cervino.

El apartamento tiene unas vistas espectaculares al Cervino y a Breuil-Cervinia. Se ajusta a lo que esperábamos.Nosotros fuimos 4 personas y estuvimos bien, pero para 8 personas resulta muy muy pequeño.Y por poner una pequeña pega, el menaje de la cocina es un poco escaso.
