This land has a farm history that’s been around for over 100 years. The back porch looks over 100 acres of open land, giving you the opportunity of a peaceful morning with your coffee. While it is right off the highway, you’ll still feel a peace and serenity with the fresh air and open space beyond.

With the open space beyond and the beauty of Arkansas all around, come experience this comfortable home surrounded by beauty!

Enjoy the updated kitchen stocked with everything you need, a smart TV, fast WiFi, a queen bed upstairs or a pull out couch downstairs, a washer and dryer, and a BBQ.

You can ride the ATV trails all around starting at the Arkansas Natural Dam, or Pine Mountain Trails and further beyond is Buck Horn trail system.

Also just 2 minutes to the Crawford County Speedway, it’s a perfect place to come for a race.

Only 15 minutes to downtown Van Buren so it’s a convenient spot to getaway but be close to everything you need!

There are two other buildings on the property but they are currently unoccupied so you’ll have the space all to yourself!

We enjoyed our stay. It was so relaxing drinking coffee on the deck next to the table top fire pit. The view from the deck was remote and beautiful. The cabin was renovated beautifully. We plan on returning in the future.
