Situated near the Canada Line in between downtown Vancouver and Vancouver International Airport, this cozy private suite is ideal for the professional traveller(s), couples, or retirees wanting to visit and experience the Vancouver lifestyle. Our area boasts several amenities and facilities listed below. We ask that you review our descriptions below and see for yourself!
The space
A cozy luxurious private suite in the home encompassing a kitchen, bathroom, living area with TV, dining section, a large spacious bedroom and full washroom. Here is a further breakdown of all the areas:
-Kitchen: Attractive beveled granite counter-tops on kitchen counter, customer European cabinetry with European drawers and handles, Electrolux glass cook-top, professional series Frigidaire refrigerator, and Bloomberg washing machine. Additional items include A Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, and all the required amenities to make yourself a gourmet meal.
-Dining and living area: Large 4 x 3 dining table with two chairs, separate from the living area. Living area has a large leather sofa with a built in sectional perfect for relaxing and watching a movie. There is a 42” Toshiba TV for your viewing pleasure and there is basic cable, an Apple TV and WIFI throughout the suite.
-Washroom: An exquisite full sized European shower, European cabinetry throughout the washroom, and toilet. Floor and walls are tiled throughout the washroom and there is a ventilation system as well. Toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, Q-Tips, razors and shaving cream are available to keep you fresh and clean throughout your stay!
-Bedroom: 14 x13 bedroom space with attractive satin tiled floors throughout the room. A large king sized bed to fall into your slumber and two nightstands with antique reading lamps should you choose to read a few pages of your favorite book before going to sleep.
-Additional information: Floors are tiled throughout the entire suite with the same attractive satin tiles, all doors are handmade European style solid oak doors with a finished glaze each set on a custom door trim and custom Euroline windows and doors throughout the suite.
Guest access
Our valued guest(s) will have access to the private suite as well and a small covered area outside of the suite. The Canada Line is a leisurely stroll approximately 5 minutes away from the home and the 49th station is centrally located between Vancouver International Airport and downtown Vancouver. Garage access is limited to the homeowners only, but there is ample parking at the front and west side of the home.

We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible, so if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us. We can provide you with the general scope of the city and where key locations are. In addition, we do ask that you do your research as well for your own reference. We place a very high value our guests privacy, and as such we will not disturb you.
Other things to note
As a very welcoming host, we want you to fully enjoy the suite and your experience here in Vancouver. That being said, we also ask that some rule be followed. Our suite is to be free of any illegal substances at all times. We want you to enjoy our place and feel welcoming but we also ask you to respect our neighbors and noise volume particularly in the evening. Everything in this suite is brand new and we want you have access to these amenities; please treat this place as you would treat your own place.
