BIG BRIGHT BEAUTIFUL Garden Suite off Main Street with Comfy New KING BED

Our suite is a lovely large, 900 square foot 1 bedroom with big kitchen between Main and Fraser Streets. The suite is completely private but still part of our home. It is a short walk to the hippest shops and restaurants in Vancouver. It is close to Queen Elizabeth Park, Hillcrest Pool, Oakridge Canada Line and public transit where we are 20 minutes from downtown and Granville Island and Vancouver International Airport. It has a large living room with gas fireplace, King size bed in a separate bedroom, soaker tub/shower, cable tv, high ceilings, sleeps 4. For longer 3-4 week + stays please send request for special pricing.

We are on a quiet street close to great neighborhoods and it is above ground so there is lots of light . We want guests to feel like they are in a comfy home .The suite is the main floor of our home but it is completely self contained. We respect your privacy but are available anytime should you need anything.

The living room is very spacious with gas fireplace and 50" tv . It has a comfortable fold out couch to sleep 2 more people. Because the suite is large it can easily accommodate 4 people.
The full kitchen is complete with dining table that seats 4 , full size fridge, stove and dishwasher. It has all the utensils you need to cook and complimentary coffee and tea.

The dining table could easily be used as a workspace for business travellers (there is not a designated desk/ workspace).

The bathroom has a soaker tub/ rain shower and on demand hot water that never runs out. We provide cozy towels and crisp sheets along with bathroom products for your use.

The bedroom has a very comfortable King size bed with pillow top mattress and space if you want to unpack.

The private entrance with keyless lock ensures you can come and go and check in at your convenience.

There is a full size washer and dryer available if you need to do laundry during your stay.
FREE STREET PARKING with no time limits or residential restrictions. There is coffee as well as a variety of teas to choose from. If you are particular about beverages please bring your own! Vancouver water from the tap is the best so no need to bring bottled water. Enjoy the tv with large screen cable and many streaming apps.

We live quietly upstairs and are available if you need us but won't bother you if you don't. We are happy to recommend places in the neighborhood or city to visit. Just ask us! We have compiled a handbook with a collection of our favorite eateries in the neighborhood for you.

We are LGBTQIA+ friendly and welcome everyone. We live upstairs so you may hear our footsteps from above. While the suite is part of our home, there is complete privacy with a LOCKED sliding wall between.

Our garden is our pride and joy so if you come at the right time of year we may gift you with plums, apples grapes, veggies or flowers!
