Quiet neighborhood, never saw a neighbor, rarely a stranger on a walk. Felt super safe. Lots of bus stops near by which we utilized heavily.Small space and short ceilings as you can expect in Vancouver. But good enough for a couple or two. Don’t book if you measure over 6’5” in height. Very fair price, would consider booking again.

Basement apartment is a perfect place to stay while enjoying all the city has to offer. It is close to UBC and relatively close to the Kitsilano Beach area. The layout is perfect for two couples or a family. The main shared spaces include the kitchen, bathroom and apartment entry. The two rooms offer separate sleeping areas that have been thoughtfully set up for potential use as shared spaces as well - offering an office space (i.e., desk) or table for 4 to sit and eat, and sitting areas to relax. I would stay here again.
