Welcome to our bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom suite in the heart of south Vancouver, ideally located near the intersection of 49th Avenue and Fraser Street. Whether you're visiting Vancouver for business, family, or leisure, our comfortable and well-maintained accommodation offers the perfect home base for your stay.

The suite features a functional and inviting layout with generous living and dining spaces, making it ideal for couples, families, friends, or business travelers. Large windows throughout the home provide plenty of natural light, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, while the bedrooms offer a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city.

One of the highlights of this location is its exceptional convenience. Situated just steps from a vibrant commercial district, you'll have easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, banks, pharmacies, a liquor store, and a variety of local shops and services. David set the tone by being extremely accommodating and promptly revised our reservation along with immediate refund. The house common area is very spacious. Easy access we were welcome with fresh flowers. The kitchen is well stocked and comes with all appliances. The house is very clean. Thank you!
