The apartment is cute and conveniently located in Gastown next to shops, waterfront and food. However, it is not well managed.Our check-in was delegated at the last minute to the cleaning staff. Wifi instructions were missing in the check-in information but provided within an hour of requesting it. There was an electrical problem in the unit leaving us with no TV and no kitchen lights that didn’t get fixed until 9pm the second night of our rental. If you find yourself searching for the flatware as we did, it’s in an unmarked, hidden drawer next to the fridge. If you reserve this unit in summer just be aware there is no A/C. Opening the windows cools it down well but brings in street noise.
