Great location & room! Reason i didnt rate 5 stars was the service to get a table at the resrurant or bar to eat dinner They seem to preference outside guests & when we went to get food as there is no where else to eat we told sorry we cant seat you we are full. When i advised we were staying at the hotel & where else could we take our family to eat dinner, 2 lady staff had a quite conversation & all of a sudden there was a table for us. Just not goid enough fairmont. In house guest should be treated better! ! Also my husband left his very expensive sunglasses in the room, but the hotel apparently could not locate them. Beds comfy, great airport view & loved the plane spotting guide in the rooms
