We are excited to have you come stay in our stunning newly renovated two bedroom basement suite. We are located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, close to beautiful Bear Creek Park. Conveniently only a 5 minute drive away, you will have the opportunity to try multiple restaurants and shop at different grocery stores. You will feel right at home when you plan your next family getaway, romantic break, or work trip with us.

Our spacious suite is made of two bedrooms with comfy queen sized beds. Lounge in the beautiful modern open concept living area and kitchen . Relax on our comfortable sofa and turn on the Smart T.V. and stream some shows for you to enjoy. There is a pull out couch included as well. We can’t wait to host you!
No smoking, no partying, no shoes inside, no pets, please be respect of quite hours between 10pm-8am. Thank you!

Ok where do I begin. Let's go with the pros. Bedroom - clean sheets and bedding - comfortable beds - lamp in one room was nice Living Room - was nice Here comes the cons, Kitchen -stove dirty -oven & oven door needs a deep clean -stove fan was grimey and dirty -dirty between stove and counter -oven drawer had crumbs inside and on cookware -had no clean dish cloth-only had dirty sponge -no extra clean linen for kitchen -kitchen cabinets were dirty and sticky to touch -there were some cracked and dirty glasses -fridge had dried liquid under crisper. -fridge door was dirty outside and down sides -no chairs for kitchen table -no garbage can - had to use the one outside Bathroom -no face clothes -toilet seats was loose -toilet paper holder broken -fan needs cleaning -mold in shower - edge on floor - corners on walls - mold on roof - small patches -garabage can was not emptied Other, -Walls and doors need cleaning and paint -Front door has small hole -stairs going into suite isn't really safe for senior Aunt -no heat for living room -broken glass outside along walkway -no wifi info-had to ask When I came across listing it looked amazing. Said was renovated but it was disappointing to see how it looked when we got there. This suite has so much potential to be comfortable, warm and welcoming. I felt like I stopped at someone's place for a visit. For what we paid it truly wasn't worth the price
