Incredible Central Downtown Vancouver Location, New Décor and Furnishing, Two Miles to Waterfront

Sitting in the heart of Vancouver just a short drive from the waterfront, this fantastic retreat is perfect for a small group or family. Every bit of the furnishing and décor was procured to create the perfect blend of style and comfort.

Upon entering you are greeted with a cozy living space. Connected on one side is the kitchen with its eat in dining room and on the other two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The entire floor is bathed in natural light making it a comfortable at all times.

Descending to the lower level is a warm carpeted space with an additional plush seating area for some high speed streaming on the big screen LED. Just off this room is the third bedroom. The second full bathroom and laundry facilities are here as well.

We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house.

The backyard is comfortable and quiet. There is a detached ADU in the back that at times has a guest so it isn't entirely private to your group but they will be completely respectful of the space for your stay.

Great place to stay!
Place was very inviting, comfortable and all the things needed to enjoy a relaxing time very supplied! Will definitely be adding this lovely home to our list of places to stay whenever we plan an Oregon or Washington visit.

Nice Place
This house is a great value for the price. However I guess I didn't check photos close enough to see that it wasn't great for 2 or 3 in our party who have some difficulty with stairs and couldn't use the shower upstair do to the lovely footed bathtub that they could not get into. Shower downstairs was small and would have been difficult for them even without the stairs. We did enjoy our stay.

Great location
Overall the stay was okay. The location was awesome, and the house was really roomy, bright, and thoughtfully decorated. Check-in was easy and the management company was responsive and sent great directions. Unfortunately the place needs a little TLC -- the shower door was falling out of the wall, one of the bedroom doorknobs was completely broken (as was a window lock), and the kitchen and bathrooms could use a good scrubbing. Also, the beds are so so so hard, which is great if that's your thing, but I was happy to get home so I could get a good sleep.

Very cute, but a couple hiccups
Very nicely redone house in a great location in the Vancouver area. Just a couple things that prompted me to give 4/5 stars. 1) Fixes needed - smoke detector low battery alarm woke me up the first night; property manager was able to send someone later that day to change it, but the second night another detector low battery alarm started (thankfully stopped on its own). Also, the ice dispenser didn’t work, the downstairs shower door didn’t open well and a couple lights in the unit wouldn’t switch on. 2) Cleanliness- pretty good, but there was a hair stuck in one of the clean bathroom towels, a sticky black spot of grime in the upstairs bathroom and food crumbs on the couch. 3) Bugs - in the 36 hours I was there, saw ants on the bathroom counter, a large spider in the bathroom and another one on the coffee table, plus a dead earwig smashed against the wall in the downstairs bathroom.

Guest House
Clean place and nice. A few little quirky things since its an older house but that didn't change our feeling of the place. They respond quickly when you have queaions. Make sure you have logins for your Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, etc since they dont have cable. Overall a great neighborhood and beautiful area.
