Entire space plus building amenities is included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home. You can park on the street. There is plenty of parking in front of our home and on the street. Walk towards the side green wood door and you will see the touch key pad to self check in . Full access to living room, dinning room and the kitchen , washer and dryer.
Other things to note

A terrace with BBQ to relax and spacy backyard with flowers and fruits to view. Listening to the bird singing and taking the fresh air.

Most importantly - have fun but Please be sure you are booking for the correct number of guests in your party. Each guest beyond 6 is an additional $50/guest/night for the duration of your stay. Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property. Unregistered guests beyond 6 will be added to the booking for the entirety of the trip regardless of number of nights present.

Please DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the drain. No wipes, feminine products, towels, hair etc. These things WILL clog the system and will prevent you from using the shower, sinks and toilets.

QUIET HOURS - To avoid disturbing the neighbors, we impose quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM every day, including holidays.
please treat the property and surrounding neighbor with respect. We have put a lot of love into this home and we want our future guests to enjoy it as much as you.
