This 3-bedroom house within Richmond is perfect for your escape. With 2 king beds and 1 queen bed, this adorable property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy the convenience of full kitchen, center AC, deck , garden , EV charger and washing dryer during your stay. The 3 bathrooms come equipped with individually shower and hair dryers for added comfort. Plus, there is a crib for extra sleeping arrangements.



The Space:

Located on the second floor unit with 13 stairs of 2 floors quiet and comfortable house. You will have exclusive access to the entire floor, which includes a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, 2 king 2 queen beds, three full bathrooms, a living room and 2 indoor dining area, a large deck with outdoor dining area, BBQ and in-unit washer and dryer.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access of The Quite House. There are 3 separate bedrooms 2 king 1 queen 1 crib with Central controlled AC/Heat



Coffee, tea, seasonings and oils are provided for guests as well as full kitchen & BBQ supplies.



Regular 110V outlet available for electric vehicle charging for $15/day



Other Things to Note:

Most importantly - have fun but Please be sure you are booking for the correct number of guests in your party. Each guest beyond 6 is an additional $50/guest/night for the duration of your stay. Unregistered guests are not allowed on the property. Unregistered guests beyond 6 will be added to the booking for the entirety of the trip regardless of number of nights present.



Please DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the drain. No wipes, feminine products, towels, hair etc. These things WILL clog the system and will prevent you from using the shower, sinks and toilets.



QUIET HOURS - To avoid disturbing the neighbors, we impose quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM every day, including holidays.

Mixed good and bad. There was a lot of space and everything was well stocked. Check in and out were very easy. Host responded quickly when we had an issue. Lots of tea and coffee. Great parking for multiple vehicles and in a quiet neighborhood. There were a few negatives. One couch is advertised as a "sofa bed" but it's not, it's just a sofa. No extra pillows or blankets we could find for the sofa. The house is very "lived in" - there were toiletries, personal medication bottles, food in the fridge that didn't look like communal food. Easy to hear downstairs renters through the walls. One bed is hard as a rock. We would maybe rent again but not with the expectation of needing to use the living room as a sleep space.
