I really liked the Sondor. Rooms are great. Overall check in process was smooth - even though there is not a front desk. Area is superb. Price is very reasonable for the value. I'd stay there again.

Excellent property to stay! Loved the walking distance to English Bay, there are so many stores to purchase essentials so that you have eveything you need. The rooms are very clean and well kept. Staff are friendly and helpful in the case you need anything but everything was very seamless and there were no issues at all. I would highly recommened!

While I was out of the room 5 minutes past check out time, my 84 yr old mother who has dementia and uses a wheelchair was alone in the room. Sonder would not let her stay and wait for me. Sonder packed up remaining items in our bags and kicked my mom out of the room. I told them that I was 20 min away stuck in traffic and please let her wait for me. They said "not" and kicked her out anyway. Unbelievable!!!!

Sonder Near English Bay
The personal note on the desk was really nice! The building is very quiet and well maintained. The problem with the Roku was resolved very quickly and professionally. I would stay again and also look at other Sonder properties.

This place was amazing. We had a full kitchen (minus an oven) so we cooked most of our meals and saved a lot of money. Lots of grocery nearby. Lots of wonderful restaurants and shopping and so close to the park. Everything about this place was great, loved it. We liked the property a lot more than the one we paid twice as much for near the port.

We booked this location as we thought it was in a quieter part of Vancouver and indeed it was. The room was quite spacious and well appointed with a lovely bathroom. The air conditioning worked really well and the bed was very comfortable. It was actually close to Denman Street and English bay so really handy for walks and a wide variety of local restaurants. I would highly recommend.
