Plutôt bonne
Un regret, nous avions avec nous une personne de 82 ans, pourtant alerte, mais l'escalier pour accéder au second étage, était très abrupte, de plus dépourvu de rampe.
(Signalez le dans l'annonce...)
Dernière chose, pensez à nettoyer régulièrement la vidange du lavabo, il a fallu que je la démonte, elle était bouchée par énormément de cheveux...
C'est tout bête, mais je pense qu'il est utile de vous le dire, on n'y pense pas forcément.
Sinon l'appartement très bien équipé, bien situé et sympa.

Excellent séjour en plein cœur de Vannes !
Tout était parfait : l'emplacement, la sympathie et la disponibilité de la gérante, l'équipement et l'intérieur de la location, la ville, je recommande !
Par contre, je relève (à regret, parce que je n'ai absolument rien à redire sur la totalité du séjour) un problème d'insonorisation au niveau du plancher, qui fait que lorsque l'on a la malchance d'avoir un voisin couche-tard situé dans l'appartement du dessus, on entend même les bruits de pas à l'étage supérieur. Je relève ce point avec regret, d'autant plus qu'il est propre aux caractéristiques de l'immeuble, qui en font normalement tout son charme (immeuble inscrit d'époque médiévale, parquets anciens...).
A part ça, TOP...
