We offer for rent, in Vannes, this charming house less than a kilometer from the beach, with wifi, with an area of 60 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It consists of a nice living room of 30 m², equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden and a terrace of about 60 m². Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* quality hotel linen is provided (sheets, towels, towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.

The accommodation consists of:

- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee maker...

The owners leave you at disposal 2 bikes to enjoy the coastal trails nearby and the peninsula of conleau which has a small family beach and very nice.

The house is ideally located in Vannes, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy close to all the essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free nearby in the street.
