Solam - Maison de peintre et de vacances

Cocoonr offers you this charming, bright, atypical house to rent in Vannes, which can accommodate up to 6 travellers and 4 children. Located 5 minutes' walk from the port and the town centre, this 100m² house has been recently renovated and is the ideal place to enjoy a holiday with family or friends and discover the Gulf of Morbihan.

As always with Cocoonr, your home is ready to move into: your bed is made on arrival, towels are provided and you have wifi access included in the price of your booking. To start your stay, we provide you with a few coffee capsules, tea, sugar, grocery kit, salt, pepper, cleaning products... All you have to do is put down your suitcases and discover the charm of the Gulf of Morbihan!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, Wifi (fibre optics), sofa, dining table and fireplace.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, gas hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (160x190) with garden views and en-suite shower room

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (160x190)
- Bedroom 3: a bunk bed and two single beds
- Bathroom with shower
- Three WCs, 1 of which is separate

There is also a small detached chalet at the bottom of the garden:
- Bedroom 4: one double bed
- Bathroom with shower

Très bien équipée, décorée et superbement placée dans Vannes. 2 points de progrès : - mettre des rideaux occultants dans la suite parentale au RDC (superbe cadre mais réveillés à 6h par le jour.. c’est vraiment dommage) - dans la même suite parentale, il n’y a pas de rideaux dans la douche.. qui donne sur la terrasse de la maison : sympa pour les convives à l’heure de l’apéro en terrasse :)"

Solam super maison, hyper agréable, bien décorée et bien placée. il manquait 2/3 petits trucs pour que ce soit vraiment parfait (couteaux de cuisine, pas de lit bébé mais uniquement un lit pliable vs ce qui était indiqué sur l'annonce, la dépendance du jardin ne peut pas accéder en autonomie à la maison, la chambre des parents n'a pas de rideaux occultant, simple voilage en lin, table basse minuscule et bancale...). mais on a quand même trouvé la maison super. le point noir c'est cocooner, accueil inadapté et malaisant avec notre fils de 5 ans. il semblait ne pas connaître la maison (la TV était allumée), ses conseils sur Vannes et la région étaient très pauvres, quand on a indiqué qu'il manquait un lit bébé et qu'il y avait uniquement un lit pliable (pas installé) contrairement à l'annonce on s'est fait envoyé balader. l'horaire d'arrivée à 17h min. et l'horaire de départ à 10h c'est pas terrible ( demande à 10h30 car 2 enfants, mais pas possible). la remise des clés personne ne savait

Solam Nous sommes venu a trois adultes. La maison est très bien placée dans Vannes. Elle est confortable, refaite avec goût et est très fonctionnelle. Suite parentale au RDC, 1 chambre adulte et 1 chambre enfants a l’étage avec salle d’eau. Au fond d’un jolie petit jardin ensoleillé et calme, une suite chambre couple avec douche. Je recommande.
