Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
There was no kitchen/restaurant at the hotel. They wouldn't provide towels or fresh sheets or even water. They didn't even have any soap/shampoo/creams (basics) in the bathrooms. They had some snacks. The pool was okay. Too basic.
