You reach the apartment by elevator or by stairs. From the entrance area with a practical cloakroom it goes into the cozy living and dining area. The dining area with dining table and ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with the best branded appliances. The beautiful living area with a comfortable couch and opaque curtains offers plenty of space to relax and unwind.

An elegant glass sliding door leads to your bedroom via the living-dining area. The bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed, flat-screen TV and large wardrobe offers plenty of natural light, but like in the living area, it can be darkened quickly and easily thanks to the opaque curtains.

The large, floor-level shower, towel heating and the illuminated mirror above the washbasin offer maximum comfort.

The east-facing balcony stretches across the width of the apartment and is accessible from both the living-dining area and the bedroom. Here cozy garden furniture is waiting for your time out.

The barrier-free apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating, WiFi and intelligent lighting.

For your bikes or e-bikes there is a bike room in the basement of the house.
