It was being in the room next to the lifts, very noisy all day and night. The staff didnt tell us it was like this. aslo this is the third time we staied at plane hollywwood and it took 3 days to get the room serviced.

The room was not spotless. There were "spills" on the inside of our hotel door and dust bunnies next to the bed frame/walls. Not the cleanest I've seen. An older property for sure! No coffee maker in the room or a microwave. Appreciated the fridge though!
