Average place

It was a hot day, about 36 Deg C. The room was super warm when we arrived, there wasn't any AC or fan, then I had requested a table fan and there were plenty of them to choose from the pick up room. But there were hardly a couple of electrical sockets in the room behind the TV and had to plug the table fan their , which was bit far from the cot. The TV in the room was not a smart TV and so their was no provision to connect Chromecast device. Coming to the WC, the commode tank took about 5 minutes every time to refill. Overall a very very basic hotel.

Ekkelt og slitt.

Ekkelt og slitent hotell. Vi var her 2 netter. Rommet og badet lukte ekkelt, det var stygt og trenger virkelig oppussing. Det var skittent, gammelt spindelvev i tak, flekker på vegger. Vi klarte ikke å bruke dusjen pga det var så ekkelt bad. Anbefaler virkelig ikke dette hotellet.

For mange fejl i værelser

Vi var desværre ikke tilfredse med vores ophold. På værelse A løb cisternen på toilettet, så det kunne høres gennem lukket dør. På værelse B var afløbet i bad stoppet og der var store pletter på rullegardin. Gardinerne var i øvrigt ikke tætte eller mørke nok. Da vi påpegede problemerne næste morgen for receptionist, var svaret at pedellen ville kigge på det, men ikke noget med at beklage. Morgenmaden er ok, og sengene var gode og tilpas bløde. Dejlig legepark bag hotellet.

It was wonderful in all respects. I also have to say that the morning I left (Wednesday June 22), I realized I didn’t look into how to get to the airport and when I checked that morning everything was in Danish and I was getting worried how to do it. One of your staff helped — she walked me through the whole process until I had the bus ticket on my iPhone. I was so grateful and she was so kind. It was above and beyond any expectations. My heart was full that people really go out of their way to help others during times of need. I was so impressed by her and as a result of the Zleep hotel which hires such a kind souls. She was busy helping people at breakfast and helping people check out and still took substantial time to help me. Thank her for me!

The room was dirty and full of ants. Blood and other suspect stains on the sofas and the bedding was not clean. The room was supposed to be accessible but the bathroom was not accessible for a wheelchair user. There was no soap in the bathroom. There was no access to reception to purchase drinks. Despite asking for the room to be cleaned it was not.

For dyrt i forhold til komforten

På hjemmesiden var der angivet, at der var en restaurent på hotellet, men det var der ikke - ærgerligt at skulle bruge unødig tid på en forretningsrejse til at finde et spisested i nærheden. Værelset var også noget "slidt". Morgenmaden var ikke noget at råbe hurra for.
