Practically furnished vacation home in idyllic location, just a few steps from the sea and not far from the port town of Vela Luka. Enjoy your vacation on the spacious terrace with barbecue. The bedroom and the bathroom on the first floor are separately accessible from the outside. Since the power supply is exclusively solar energy and aggregate, the use of electrical appliances is very limited. The last 700 m or so of access road to the house are not asphalted, so drive a little more carefully. An approximately 80 m long, stony path leads you from the road to the green outdoor area of the house.

Ein wirklich sehr sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer traumhaften Lage.

Ein wirklich sehr sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einer traumhaften Lage. Direkt am Meer mit einem für Kroatien typischen Meereszugang. Perfekt zum Tauchen und mit etwas Vorsicht auch für Kinder kein Problem.Das Haus ist sehr schön ausgestattet, wobei man sowieso die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse, am Meer oder in der Lounge verbringt um die Aussicht zu genießen.Die Anfahrt ist kein Problem, die letzten km Schotterpiste muss man eben etwas langsamer fahren.Der Ab- und Aufstieg zum Haus ist die letzten 100m sehr steil aber ein gut ausgebauter Weg, welchen man für dieses Haus sehr gerne in Kauf nimmt.Ca. einen halben Kilometer richtig Vela Luka ist ein Hotel bei welchem man auch man ein Eis oder einen Kaffee für zwischendurch erhält.Diesen Wanderweg weiter kommt man fußläufig in ca. einer Stunde in die nächste Stand. Mit der Rad geht es deutlich schneller, hier sollte es aber schon ein MTB sein.Die Ruhe und die Lage machen dieses Haus zu einer Top Empfehlung! Einfach Mal abschalten und die Natur genießen.Die Vermieter waren super nett und halfen auch bei Fragen die sich nicht um das Haus drehten weiter.

Wir hatten mit 4 Personen einen super Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten mit 4 Personen einen super Aufenthalt. Alles war sauber und sehr gepflegt. Bei Problemen wurde uns umgehend geholfen und es war immer jemand erreichbar. Der Weg zum Haus ist schon recht steil, aber für Menschen ohne Beeinträchtigungen absolut machbar. Die Aussicht von den Terrassen ist traumhaft. Der Ein- und Ausstieg ins Wasser geht auch problemlos. Wir haben unseren Urlaub absolut genossen.

Ein schönes, geräumiges Haus mit großer Terrasse in bester Lage mit Blick auf die Bucht von Vela Luka. Das großzügige Grundstück reicht quasi bis ans kristallklare Wasser (lediglich ein wenig frequentierter Wanderweg ist dazwischen), wo Sonnenliegen für einen bereit stehen, wenn man sich nach dem Schwimmen ausruhen möchte. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Man muss das Auto am Rand der Straße, die die am Ufer liegenden Häuser mit Vela Luka verbindet, zurücklassen und sein Gepäck bzw. die Einkäufe ca. 100m den Hang hinab zum Haus tragen. Dafür bekommt man aber eine ungestörte, eigene kleine Urlaubswelt mit netten Vermietern.
