The fact that the carpet was super stained was not appealing at all. Lack of bedding, pillows, sheets. We had a small child that shared bed with us, the hotel provides two pillows per room with extra pillow inserts in the closet but no extra sheets or pillowcases.
The curtain was basically in the kitchen sink, hung inappropriately without option to move it out of the sink.
The light switches are too complicated, and glow bright blue light when you turn off the light so no way to sleep comfortably. Bedroom had multiple glowing switches.
We asked for an additional sheet, and got duvet cover instead.
Not worth 750kn that we paid for one night.
Bathroom looked nice and had extra shampoos and towels.
There was a nice coffee station and a fridge but kitchen didn't have any bowls or spoons to eat with. Not sure if you need to ask for those.
The hotel room was ok but not 4 stars.
They use the fact that they are by the airport to charge extra money for it.

Friendly staff, took the time to explain everything about the hotel amenities. It's my 3rd time staying at the hotel and always had food experience. Very conviniently located if you are flying out of the Zagreb airport.

Nice hotel
Very nice and clean hotel. Newer build so everything is up to date. I needed a room close to the Zagreb airport and this was perfect. I don't see you doing better for the money.:)
