Vacation at our spacious 4-bedroom 2-bath comfortable home. You have complete privacy in this convenient location close to anything you may need. It comes with four distinct bedroom areas with lots of privacy and comfort - Each bedroom is in a private area, one is off the Florida Room, a bedroom off each side of the living room, and a fourth bedroom is a small mother-in-law apartment. The pool is heated, so you may always enjoy a swim. The weather seldom disappoints! This home is a great home base for all your activities! You will be within five miles of many beaches, including Venice Beach, Casperson Beach, and Manasota Beach. A few miles up the road in Sarasota is the world famous Siesta Beach - a must see! But, you can only spend so much time at the beach. There are so many other things to do, enjoy great dining of all kinds, golf courses, shopping galore, biking, kayaking, swimming, nature walks, or just relaxing and doing nothing at all. The Sun Coast has it all.

We had a lovely time in this property in Venice, FL. The home had every convenience we could have ever needed. Whether our plans took us to the beach, the pier, or shopping, we were a short drive away. The owner, Nick, was very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend this home.

We loved this home! Nick was an excellent host. Spacious layout, loved all the TVs, pool, patio dining table and hot showers. Great location for Venice beaches, historic downtown and restaurants as well as day trips to Tampa Bay or Ft. Myers areas.

Fantastic host!!!! We actually had reserved a different house and it was absolutely terrible. vrbo made it "right" and we switched to this one.... we shouldve reserved this house from the beginning!!!! Definitely should have reserved this one at the beginning.

This property was mostly as advertised but fell short of expectations in some critical ways.1. Cleanliness was the biggest issue. The property was unfortunately not adequately cleaned . The floors were dirty enough that our feet were black within a couple of hours of walking around the house. There were cobwebs and other dingy areas but the floors were the worst part.2. Dishes. Dishes in the cabinet were also not clean and the dishwasher didn't seem to work very well. We wound up hand washing many items before using. The pots and pans were also very scratched and in poor condition.3. Water. Apparently the tap water is not safe to drink, but this was not advertised anywhere. We only found out after arriving at the property and reading the guide that was left on the dining room table. By that time, I had already had a glass of tap water. Arriving late with 3 young children after a day of holiday travel is not the time you want to find out you can't drink the water.

I am VERY upset about an incident that occured yesterday with the host. It wasnt even 10 oclock check out, and a man came to the home knocked and proceeded to open the door to the back bedroom and come in WHILE my CHILD was in bed sleeping!! The man woke up my child and told him we had to leave. This is beyond unprofessional, disturbing to say the least, and not how to do business. I will not be recommending anyone to go there.

We enjoyed our stay here so much. This home is spacious, clean and stocked with everything you need for an “at home” feel. Nick was quick to respond to questions and made check in super easy for us to check in. This home was close to dog park and beaches. The grandkids loved searching for shark teeth at the beach. Then to be able to come back and relax by the pool - great way to end the day. Thanks for sharing your home - definitely will go back!

just as the pictures show, the place was clean, plenty of room, and the pool was perfect to cool down after a day on the water. Its a small area, and the house is close to everything we wanted. very glad we stayed here. the host replied back instantly with the few questions i had. great stay

We were all very comfortable there for our long weekend. Place was clean, comfortable and just perfect! Kitchen is set up nicely with plenty of counter room and cooking equipment and pots/pans, etc., nice big frig. Bathrooms and bedrooms were great, comfortable, clean with good amount of towels. Loved the pool! So relaxing out there days and nights - nice pool chairs, floats too. Close and easy to get to great beaches, restaurants, shops. Nice quiet neighborhood really appreciated. Thank you for a sweet, relaxing vaca. Would definitely come back!

Nice home near beaches with pool

Smooth check-in, nice home with 4 bedrooms and plenty of space to spreadout. Nice washer and dryer (we just used dryer for beach towels and swimsuits) so convenient! Screened in pool was very refreshing in 95 degree days, kids loved it. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
