Located just a 5-8 minute drive from the beaches and minutes away from local restaurants and shops, this house has everything you need for a relaxing experience. Your stay includes access to bicycles, beach essentials, baby stuff, and an outdoor gas grill.

Dishwasher and washer detergents are provided for the first couple of days of your stay.
Propane for grilling is not provided, but you can refill our tank at Walmart or Home Depot.
Please clean the grill after each use. A $50 charge will apply if the grill is left dirty.

The house was great, clean & everything I needed was there. Coffee, towels, kitchen utensils, beach chairs etc. it was close to Manasota beach, stores & restaurants. The only slight problem was getting in to the house because of the locking device. Kate was available immediately & the problem was addressed. It was difficult because I didn’t understand the mechanics behind it. My nephew & granddaughter loved the Mr. PAC Man game. Yes I would stay there again & recommend this property to anyone. I stayed at the property 2 weeks & hope to return soon on my next trip to Florida!

Very clean, well layed-out house, plenty of room for the 5 of us, comfy beds. Coffee pods and ground coffee even provided! We had quite a bit of trouble with the entry keypad, but the owner was very responsive and helped us gain access. Overall a great stay and would stay here again.

We've been staying at properties for years and this could be our favorite so far. It was beautifully remodeled and well maintained. Very comfortable with anything you might need including shampoo, body wash, coffee. We absolutely loved it.

This was our second year at this property, and just like last year- it was perfect! A well-appointed house with thoughtful upgrades and extras. So many beach options within a 15-min drive and you are minutes from multiple grocery & retail stores. Highly recommend!

Great Place!

Three of us came for a weekend of Spring Training games. Had a great time staying in this peaceful neighborhood, that is close to everything, and provided all the necessities we need to make the stay enjoyable. Everything was great...5 Stars on everything.

House in South Venice

This property was very clean. We enjoyed taking walks in a safe neighborhood. It is close to restaurants. We had a little trouble with the keyless entry but after reading instructions on line we were able to use it without difficulty. The owner was responsive to our questions and suggestions.

Things to do after Dad's passing

The house was in a quiet neighborhood, close to our father's house and downtown Venice. Very well maintained and very clean. The home has a modern and calming feel to it. We would definitely stay here again.

We were very upset to be told, the day before we occupied the house that we would have to boil all our water for the next month. We think it outrageous that we learned this when it was too late to make other plans. Never to use vrbo again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very modern, clean, comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of room to relax and spread out for time together or time alone. Excellent rental for our Venice Vacay!

We were newbies vacationing in the area. Prior to our visit the hosts readily answered questions we had. The property is clean, updated, and incorporated many thoughtful details. Sand toys, beach chairs, & towels, a cooler, & umbrella are all provided with the rental, which made our packing much easier! Location is excellent- a quiet residential neighborhood with every amenity you could possibly need within short driving distance. And so many fabulous beaches to choose from, all within a reasonable drive (and with adequate parking and restrooms!). The hosts were attentive and responsive throughout our stay. We will most certainly book again!

Just what we needed

Super clean house!! We loved our stay at this house. It was about a 15 min drive to shark tooth beach and less than 5 min to town. No issues with the house just wish it had a pool. Overall great place to stay.
