Most everything was great. Beds were very hard and cheap mattresses so sleep was tough. Also might check gfci’s as the one for icemaker tripped when plugged in boat charger one nite. So neither the boat got charges or did we make any ice overnight. Other than great time was had

The kitchen was not very well equipped,, 4 plates, very little to cook with, the grill didn’t really work, ( I bought a table top from Amazon , the beds were not comfortable at all , and were not made , there was a sheet and comforter folded up, on the up side it was clean . The door leading to the deck would not lock , and wouldn’t stay closed, probably not be staying there again! I sent the owner a message about the kitchen and grill, I got a response of thanks for the update

Very nice camp! Well equiped for the most part. You'll need to bring your own lawn chairs however. A little bit dated from the online pictures but not any sort of issue. Front door electronic lock didn't work but they left us a key. All in all a great place to stay!

The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and there was ample hot water for bathing. I would recomend this place for groups it offers plenty of room and is well laid out. The only criticism is the bbq grill was dirty and the propane bottle was empty. The punch lock was broken and had we not met the cleaning lady we would not have known where to find the key,

The houseboat was clean and had an updated arrangement that fit our crew perfectly. There was a shortage of coffee cups and towels, but the owner did his best to correct the towel issue. The ramp leading into the main door broke a hinge near the end of our stay, but we made the owner aware so he could get it repaired. We enjoyed it and plan to return for another Tuna Town adventure.

Clean and Roomy

We had a great stay on the houseboat! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The location made it super easy to hop on our boat each morning and head out for a day of fishing. Everyone in our group was happy with the experience, and we’re already planning to come back. Highly recommend!

Great times

River Place to come back to after being on the water all day for multiple days at a time to be able to feel a hug. Have a home-cooked meal good night sleep and a good shower. Everything was as advertised.

Super clean and comfortable

Best house we’ve stayed at in Venice so far! Very clean, great water pressure and hot water and AC did amazing. These are things that not all houseboats we’ve used could do. The covered deck was a great place to hang out. Will be coming back next year!!

Tuna Town

Great stay this was our second year at this property. Very convenient for pickup by boat, nice cleaning table, ice machine working well. Owner very responsive for issue with propane and door entry code. 100% will stay again and recommend.
